The villa is located in Piso Livadi, Paros and covers an area of 530 square meters. It has an urban style and is surrounded by lush trees and plants.

The ground floor consists of an autonomous residence with a garden view, which includes one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (double bed), a living room, fully equipped kitchen with high-tech electrical appliances, a dining room, a loft for two persons (two single beds that can be joined to form a double), an outdoor dining table, and a sofa with two small coffee tables. There is also an indoor private parking for two cars, a gym room, and an autonomous room for the housekeeper. An elevator that stops on the first and second floors can be accessed through the parking.

The first floor features a big living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with high-tech electrical appliances, and a kitchen island for cooking attached by a table-bench for four persons. There is also a WC, a big terrace with sea view, a private pool, outdoor living room and dining table, pillow chairs, and sun beds. The second floor has three bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and two with showers), big modern wardrobes for each room, and a common terrace for the three bedrooms with sea view with butterfly chairs, pillows, and a coffee table.

The villa is equipped with central cooling unit, alarm, and a safe box at the master bedroom. Daily cleaning, three times per week change of sheets, daily change of towels, pool and beach towels, laundry made by the housekeeper, bathroom essentials, and slippers are also provided. The lady for cleanliness will be exclusively for the service of the residence and not for the clients.

The villa is conveniently located just 30 meters away from the beach of Piso Livadi, fine restaurants with fresh fish and fine cuisine, mini/supermarkets, clothing stores, cafes, tourist shops, bus-station, and ATM machines. Daily cruises to small Cyclades islands with private cruising boats or with the line ships can be found at the port of Piso Livadi. The villa is also close to other nice beaches with blue flag, such as Logaras Beach, Golden Beach, Molos, Drios, etc., with activities like surfing, scuba-diving, etc. There are also very nice and well-organized beaches with bars, restaurants, etc.
